Nourishing Ayurvedic Catering 

We believe the most powerful medicine is found in the kitchen, where we blend Ayurvedic principles with seasonally balanced, organic ingredients. Our catering is designed to ground the body and uplift the spirit, offering vibrant menus that complement the theme and intention of your special event. Every dish is nutritionally balanced, and we joyfully accommodate all dietary requirements.

Catering Options & Costing:

We offer flexible catering services to suit your event's needs:

  • Food Preparation Only: We prepare the food (generally soups and/or curries) for you to collect, heat, and serve at your convenience.

Cost: $20 per head.

  • Full Service Catering: We prepare the food, then come to your location to heat, serve, and tidy our station. This is a great option for larger groups, allowing you to choose a few different dishes buffet style.

Cost: $30 per head.

All meals are vegetarian and seasonal, crafted with digestive spices and compatible food combinations according to Ayurvedic philosophy. Vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options are readily available. Note: Prices exclude GST and travel costs. Artisanal sweets and desserts are available as a delicious add-on and are priced separately.

Travel Cost:

  • A standard local travel cost of $50 per day applies.

Please note: Specific dishes may vary based on seasonal availability and dietary requirements. We are happy to discuss and customise a menu to perfectly suit your group's needs. We are also happy to suggest other curry/soup options beyond these popular dishes.

Hearty & Flavorful Dishes:

  • Vegetarian or Vegan Shepherd's Pie: A lentil-based pie loaded with vegetables, topped with creamy potato and digestive spices for easy digestion. Served with a fresh green salad.

  • Harira Soup: A richly flavored, hearty, and warming soup containing chickpeas and quinoa/vegetables, perfect for Autumn & Winter

  • Pumpkin Soup, Lentil Soup, cleansing Mung Bean soup

  • Loaded Sweet Potatoes: Roast sweet potatoes served with beans, salsa, and guacamole.

  • Grazing platters are available

Autumn Menu

Here is an example of a seasonal menu option - created for an Art Gallery Opening Event.

Inspired by the grounding energy of the Autumn season, we focus on warm, cooked, and spiced ingredients that support digestion and calm the nervous system. Every bite follows traditional food combination principles, ensuring your guests feel balanced, clear-headed, and energised throughout your event.

  • Spiced Corn Fritters
    Golden, moreish bites made with protein-rich chickpea flour and warming curry spices. Perfectly crisp and served with a side of sweet and tangy chutney.

  • Wild Mushroom Tartlets
    Savoury shortcrust pastry filled with sautéed local wild mushrooms, finished with a whisper of truffle oil.

  • Butternut Pumpkin Skewers
    Cubes of slow-roasted pumpkin alternated with grilled salty halloumi and a crisp sage leaf.

  • Beetroot Tartare on Rye
    Finely diced roasted beets with capers and fresh dill, served on a square of dark, dense rye.

  • Sweet Potato Medallions
    Roasted rounds topped with spiced almond butter and toasted black sesame. Provides grounding fats and natural sweetness.

  • Mung Bean "Blinis"
    Savory mini-pancakes made from split yellow mung dal, finished with coconut yogurt and coriander. Easy to digest and light on the palate.

  • Warm Olive & Rosemary Focaccia
    Squares of fermented sourdough, ideal for cool-weather digestion, served with a rich olive oil dip.

  • Carrot & Ginger Mousse on Seed Crackers
    A velvety puree of slow-roasted carrots and fresh ginger on a crisp flaxseed cracker. (Dairy-free / Grain-free).

  • Beetroot & Walnut Pâté
    Roasted beets blended with toasted walnuts and a touch of maple syrup.

  • Stewed Apple Tartlets
    Warm, cinnamon-infused apples in a delicate almond-flour crust. (Grain-free).

  • Chocolate & Rose Bliss Balls
    A naturally sweet blend of chewy dates, cocoa, and toasted walnuts with a light splash of rose water. These are totally vegan, grounding, and have just the right touch of floral magic. (Vegan)

Iced Teas & Hot Teas Digestive, sweet, and sparkling options available. Our teas are served warm or at room temperature to preserve digestive vitality.
